Shipwreck is a polish I bought a million years ago (months ago but feels like years) and just getting around to wearing it. I decided to apply one coat over Spectrum Cosmetic Vega. Shipwreck is a blue jelly polish with green, gold, purple, teal and copper hex glitter. I was surprised at how thin the base was. It is almost watery. I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. I did like how it looked over Vega.
